Summerland Design established in 1982 by John Saunders, based at Currumbin, provides creative, imaginative, innovative, cost effective, modern contemporary design solutions to all facets of building development.
Projects are undertaken on the Gold Coast, Brisbane, South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales, or anywhere in the world that requires great design.
Design solutions are provided by a thorough analysis of site opportunities and constraints, interpretation of the client’s brief and a personalised collaborative client liaison, an awareness of budget allowances, knowledge of Town Plans, Building Code, Fire Code, Australian Standards, Sustainability and Energy Efficiency Design.
Broad spectrum design includes, large scale single residential, duplex, townhouses, three storey multi-unit and high rise residential, commercial and industrial development, resorts and interior design.
